Switching Over To A Discount Office Supplies Company

When I took this new position last week, I started looking over the budget and found that the reason that the profit margin was so low for the division, is because they have way too much overhead and are paying much more for just about everything they use then they need to.
One of the areas where they are paying too much is in the office supply company that they are using. This office supply company is one of the highest priced ones in the area and should only be used if you need to have something rushed over since they pretty much charge a rush order price for all of their items. This office has a standing order that hardly ever changes, so there should not be any need for them to use a company that only charges rush prices.
I am going to switch us over to a discount office supplies company that offers huge price breaks to businesses who have a monthly order. Since this office has always just received their office supply order once a month, it will be no differently than what they did before. They will just be getting the same thing from a discount office supplies company at the same time but at a much more affordable price.
