This office has a standing order that hardly ever changes, so there should not be any need for them to use a company that only charges rush prices.

I am going to switch us over to a discount office supplies company that offers huge price breaks to businesses who have a monthly order. Since this office has always just received their office supply order once a month, it will be no differently than what they did before. They will just be getting the same thing from a discount office supplies company at the same time but at a much more affordable price.
