There was a house that was put on the market a year ago. I did not actually see the house physically. I just placed it on my “FOR SALE” lists because it’s my friend’s house. She has been insistent that I sell the house at the price she wants. At first, I was hesitant because I thought it was a bit expensive from the usual price in that area. But she told me that the house is worth it. But it has been a year that this house has not been sold. What’s the problem? No, this is nothing like a horror story! Okay? The problem was her family had to transfer quickly to another city because her husband was given an emergency job. And they left the house as is. And that’s why she refused to give me pictures of the interiors of the house. Although the exterior looks big, it awfully looks a bit dirty. It badly needs an exterior house cleaning.

I told my friend that we need to put it in some money for cleaning and we need to do it as soon as we can because the house didn’t have residents since last year. We need to sell it quickly and if she wants the price she wanted before, we need some awning maintenance also for the entrance door because it will leave a great impression on the buyer and the future house owner.  We tried this cleaning company we saw on the internet and we were surprised with the cleaning that they did. It was very good and a few months after they cleaned the whole house, interior and exterior parts. An immigrant family from England bought the house at the price my friend wants.
