I was thinking of buying a home that had cedar siding but the cedar was turning black and I was not sure if it was possible to restore wood siding or not. I started researching it on the internet to get my answer. I found numerous companies that specialize in house cleaning and a few of them did explain that they could restore wood siding.

I had three different house cleaning companies come and give estimates on what it would cost to restore the wood siding on the house before I made the sellers an offer. I figured that I could take the cost of the restoration job off the top of the listing price and they would have to agree to it because they also knew that it needed to be done.

After getting all three different estimates for the house wood siding restoration job, I sat down with the sellers to see if they could allow me to take that much off the top of the price of the house and still be able to pay off their mortgage. They agreed to the price reduction and I purchased my first home, and within six months of me buying it, it looked brand new after the wood siding was restored.

I am hoping that my husband has been paying attention to the little hints I have been leaving him about what I want for my birthday. I am turning thirty in two months and I would really love the Prada handbag that I saw at the store about two weeks ago. Since he was with me, and I pointed it out, you would think that he might remember.

I have also hinted about him throwing me a big party too. I have given him tons of information about which good caterers there are what kind of cake I would like and who he should invite. If he does not get the birthday party hint, then he will never get the Prada handbag hint.

I remember when we were first dating and I saw this beautiful Gucci handbag in a store in the city, and he knew that I had fallen in love with it. He gave that Gucci handbag to me for our six month anniversary. I was shocked at how well he had paid attention.

That was probably one of the biggest things that I loved about him at the time, was his ability to be so observant. I had always heard my friends talk about their husbands never hearing them. If my husband could pull off the Prada handbag and the birthday party, then they were all going to be jealous.

Last week I counted how many different car insurance companies commercials there were on television. Of course, I was not watching every station at the same time but I think that I counted ten different car insurance companies commercial in about two hours. That seems a little excessive to me but with all that competition, then insurance rates should be very competitive.

My current insurance company sent me the car insurance rates for three of their competitors when I requested a quote from them. They were a little higher than one of the other car insurance companies but they offered me a lower deductible. I will never forget the time I went with a company that had really low car insurance rates but my deductible was really high and when I had an accident, I had to borrow the money for my outrageously high deductible to pay it. I will never put myself into a situation like that again.

Since that awful experience, I now know that a little bit extra each month can go a long way when it comes to having a lower deductible, just in case you need to file a claim. Now, if you can afford a high deductible then you should go for the lower premium.

When my grandmother moved to Florida, she asked me if I would like to buy her home. I had so many great memories in that house that I knew I had to buy it. She made me a great deal on her home but I knew I would have to put in replacement windows since the windows in it were the original ones.

I also hired a painter to paint the entire house, inside and out. What I did not know at the time of making the decision to have replacement windows put in was that I would earn an energy tax rebate. I found this out from the company that I had called to give me an estimate on having the replacement windows installed and have the old ones removed.

My grandmother had planned on moving in the spring and I had planned on having the replacement windows installed right after she moved out and before I moved in. All of the improvements would be complete in about a month’s time.

I still needed to find out from my accountant on how the energy tax rebate would work but that would be later. The painter and the replacement window company had finished all of the work in about three weeks and I moved in to my grandmother’s old home to make many new memories of my own.
