I was hoping that when my parents saw my new adult t shirts they would not freak out, but I was wrong. I explained to them that I was an adult and I could make my own decisions on clothing. My father laughed and told me that as long as I was living under his roof, he would help me make better decisions. The adult t shirts that I had chosen were not going to work.

I told him that I thought that they were funny and he explained that he did not see the humor in any of them. I was going to have to return all of them and then try and pick out something that was funny and not rude.

My father told me that he wanted to check out my funny t shirts website and make sure that what I ordered next time would be a little more appropriate to wear around the house. I let him check out my next order and he approved all ten of the funny t shirts that I wanted except for one. He even found two on the site that he bought for himself. I hope that my mother approves of his new t shirts.

Our real estate agent told us that if we wanted to ask the sellers to pay for the repairs and upgrades to the house before we bought it, then we needed to have some contractors come in and give us estimates of what it would all cost.

I was excited to think that we may be able to have all of the work done prior to moving in and it would not cost us anything. My husband told me not to get my hopes up, because we had not gotten the sellers to agree to anything yet.

The first thing I did was to contact a Minnesota remodeling company to have them meet us at the house and look at the two bathrooms that were in need of some serious updating. I told the Minnesota remodeling company that I wanted the pink tub and shower gone and replaced with something a little more modern.

The next call was to a Minnesota deck company to have them give us a bid on redoing some of the cracked and broken deck boards on the side and back decks. This bid was not as high as I thought it would be which was good. Now, we need to submit these to the sellers and see if they are willing to deal with us or not.

My wife and I had to cancel our last term life insurance policy when we lost our jobs last year. We had been paying on them, since the day we got married. We had planned for the future and when the future meant that the economy was going to cause us to lose our jobs, we had to cancel anything that would help us to save money at that time.

Since then, we have both found new jobs and are ready to start planning for our future once again. I started by getting some no exam life insurance quotes. I had not gone back to the same company that we had our prior term life insurance policies with because they had gone through some restructuring and our insurance agent was no longer there.

I figured that since we were making a fresh start, we might as well see what kind of no exam life insurance rates were out there now. They had to have changed from back when we first got our initial term life insurance policies. If they had gone up, then that was to be expected, but if they had gone down, well then that would be just fine with me too.
