I recently turned my old garage into an office building to display some of my artwork. In order to showcase every piece I currently have, I had to organize the paintings on the walls and also on shelves around my building. I never thought I would have so much traffic in this little shop of mine but it is quickly getting busier and busier.

One day I came into the shop and noticed a water leak which ruined one of my paintings and almost ruined more. I contacted a Raleigh roofing company to fix my leak to ensure no more damage will occur. They suggested that I needed a roof replacement and ensured me that I need to start the project very soon to prevent flooring damage.  To make my painting shop look a bit more professional I also added replacement windows to the front so I can now display some of my work for people passing through.

I noticed that a lot of people here in the country love Japanese animation and related collectibles—including me! Selling their comics, books, CD’s, figures, and whatnot has long entered my mind as a possible business venture. If I were to buy them abroad and sell them here, I will need a commercial truck to distribute them. And if I have a truck, I will need a commercial trucking insurance to cover any accident. So with the help of my parents, who have always supported my interests, I was able to get both! And the business I have long thought of has become a reality for the past few months.

I am so glad there we have commercial truck insurance for my business. A few weeks ago, some of the merchandise was stolen. Good thing it was covered under the insurance. Because of that, I was able to get compensation. I am so thankful for having this insurance. If it was not for them, I probably hated myself and cried my heart out for spending way too much. Or just asked for more money from my parents…

I took a walk around our neighborhood and was surprised to see, that my best friend Eric has installed a metal awning in his house. I was just about to go, when I heard him call my name from his room. He invited over and asked me to have breakfast with him. Since it was my rest day, I decided to accept his offer and talk about what has been going on with our lives. We talked about a lot of things from work to relationships and I was glad that he still hasn’t changed much.

When I asked him about the metal awning, he said that it was installed just a few days ago. He added that he was supposed to install the fixed awnings earlier, but has been to busy with work as of late. He said that his boss accepted a big project from a client and their company has been busy ever since. We talked for an hour or two and promised each other to have a double date with our girls. I know that he is serious about his relationship and he even hinted that he is planning on marrying his girl a year from now.
